Retreat Reviews

The Pilates retreat left me feeling relaxed and revitalised. The pace of the class and quality of the teaching were both excellent. I would definitely recommend it!

Rachel Marshall-Roberts

I really enjoyed the Pilates sessions and found that the exercises were gentle yet challenging and suitable for all. I felt lovely and re-energised afterwards.

Liv White

I was pleased to receive one to one help and advice during the classes and found that the pace was great, not too fast or too slow. Michelle’s commentary helped me to focus on the movements and understand which parts of my body I was working. The class really relaxed my body, I found that I was a lot less tense and more energised.
